As a long time body builder and exercise enthusiast, finding pilates really took my workouts to the next level. I can’t imagine ever doing without pilates in my life now; it’s truly changed my overall physique and brought my workouts full circle. It’s great for keeping those long, lean muscles but even better at improving your core strength, which is vital in all strength training. I’ve tried other pilates classes and Amanda is by far one of the best teachers; she knows how to individualize each person’s workout to fit their level and/or needs. More importantly, she pays close attention to making sure you’re doing each movement or position correctly so that you get the most of your workout and you get better results. It’s a great overall workout!
